Bizilla collects information needed to answer enquiries, calculate services, fulfil orders, maintain company records and comply with legal obligations. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, banking PINs or card details.
Purpose and retention
Information is used for the service requested, administration, security, legal compliance and client support. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for these purposes and applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where legally appropriate by emailing hello@bizilla.co.za. Identity verification may be required.
Operators and cross-border services
Approved hosting, payment, email and authority providers may process limited information necessary to deliver the service. Bizilla remains accountable for selecting appropriate operators and safeguards.
