Itemised charges
Bizilla professional fees, government charges and supplier costs are separated wherever applicable. The order or written quote is the primary commercial record.
Secure payment
Card details are entered only on the configured payment provider’s secure checkout. Bizilla does not ask clients to send card details, banking PINs or OTPs.
Recurring services
Compliance Care is a 12-month service term. Monthly and annual pricing, renewals and cancellation terms must be displayed and accepted before activation.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the accepted scope, work already performed, authority payments already made and applicable consumer law.
